Requirements and responsibilities:

Must hold a valid EMS license (Instructor license preferable)

Agree to independent contractor status

Sign contract and wavers (sent by e-mail upon request)

Agree to abide by all policies; (sent by e-mail upon request)

Responsible to provide or furnish class materials;

Traffic cones

Clip boards

Classroom

Computer equipment & projector necessary to show PowerPoint presentation

Area large enough for driving range stations:
-
Churches, schools, community colleges, factory parking lots, mall parking lots, etc. are usually adequate.

Provide evaluators for practical stations and driving range stations.
-
Measuring tapes: 300 ft, 100ft, 25 ft.

Maps for each student's coverage area.

Be very familiar with local address system.

Instructor decides if and how much a course fee will be charged to the student.

Forward all course completion paperwork promptly to T.E.A.M. office.
